My Trainer Group Training Sessions are a fun, social and flexible way to achieve your health & fitness goals. Choose sessions that suit your schedule and attend as many as you like each week. Sessions are varied depending on the needs of our particpants and our schedule updates seasonally to meet demand.
Our group training sessions cater for a maximum of 12 participants being allowed in any one session. This ensures you never get lost up the back and will always be working hard to achieve your goals. There is a great social atmosphere in our group fitness training sessions, with everyone cheering each other along to help them achieve their best.
We run a variety of group sessions around Melbourne northern and eastern suburbs and you can attend as many as you wish!
