The Shuttle Run or Beep Test is an essential part of your PFA. In order to hit the required level with ease you need to have high cardiovascular fitness, strength & endurance in the legs, strong core, correct running technique and mental toughness.
The Push Up & Sit Up tests vary for each “uniform” and stage of selection. Our program is designed to hit the highest standards required. That way, whichever core you’re aiming for you’ll be fully equipped and physically ready for the challenge.
Beyond that, your “uniform” specific agility, speed and fitness tests are all covered in your personalised program.
